Certified Home Inspections

General Home Inspection

Also known as a buyer's inspection. We inspect all aspects of our Standards of Practice to ensure your investment is sound.

Annual Inspection

Has it been over a year since purchasing your home? We offer annual inspections to keep your home in tip-top shape.

Pricing is based on a flat rate plus the home's age and square footage.

Additional Services

  • Thermal Inspection
Thermal (infrared) imaging is a great tool in helping diagnose problems rather than identify symptoms. It is included in all general inspections and offered as a beneficial stand-alone service. It can usually, but not always, identify: electrical faults, insulation issues, heat loss and air infiltration, moisture intrusion, hidden leaks, and structural defects.
  • 11 Month Warranty Inspection
Did you purchase a new home? Have us inspect your property at the eleven month mark. We'll note any defects or repairs needed to present to your builder prior to your warranty expiration.
  • Renovation Inspection
Renovations are a great way to upgrade and add value to your property. We can approve every step of your renovation project to help keep you on track.

Pricing for additional services is based on an hourly rate to be billed upon completion.
